I started my first triathlon at the age of…
15 years, with a very old bycicle, approx. 3 sizes too big for me....and I then furthermore put on socks..;-)- but I had a lot of fun

I started with triathlon competitions because
 I found only swimming too dreary and because I like running very much

What are your current competition distances?  
olympic distance

Tell us something about training in the winter.  
Beginning of december I shall start training for the olympic qualification, this means quite a piece of hard work. A large amount of stamina training, a soup spoon of power, some technology, season all of it with mental training and finally add a shot of speed ;-)
I hope then OLYMPIA will not be far away.....☺

Do you have some good tips for someone who wants to start triathlon competitions as well?
Train consequently, but always in a way to have fun

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? 
perhaps still active with sports? a family?  i cannot really tell having not yet thought much about this
