WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP – CANOE-SLALOM
The German National Team in Slovenia/Ljubljana from 7th – 12th September

We keep our fingers crossed for our athletes and hope they will achieve further medals! The DKV sends altogether 16 female athletes and male athletes to the start, among them famous top athletes like Jasmin Schornberg, Jennifer Bongradt, Melanie Pfeiffer, as well as Hannes Aigner, Alexander Grimm and Fabian Dörfler. In their attractive, silver outfits from CAMARO, the athletes start on 7th of September at the qualification races in the different categories:

The Camaro Team in silvery outfit was heading for GOLD!!!!!!!

World Championships-Gold- and Silver has been awarded to the Slalom-Juniors! The Slalom-Juniors of the German Canoe Association (DKV) have achieved twice Gold and twice Silver at the Junior World Championships in the French Foix.

The GERMAN SLALOM TEAM of the DKV was able to finish the World Cup in Augsburg with a triumph! With the new CAMARO equipment the team has won GOLD in all 4 COMPETITIONS – For Kayak they achieved a triple victory!!

At the 8th of June 2010, we were very pleased to welcome the German Canoe Federation at our company! As the face-to-face contact with the athletes is fundamental for us, we really appreciated their visit!

First of all the official handing over of the equipment took place through our Mr Mag. Roiser. The athletes were very pleased by the new team wear and felt visibly very well with it.

... the athletes were impressed by every single spray-deck hand-made – now they appreciate their equipment even more!

Afterwards the DKV athletes could enjoy themselves at our water ski school at Kreuzstein- Mondsee. They have been thrilled by the beautiful surroundings and felt quite at home in the water.

There has also to be some fun! The sporty fellows discovered a new trend sport and had a lot of fun with it: canoe-water ski! Showing much enthusiasm for our company situated directly at the lake, the DKV team left us after a traditional Austrian snack at our famous Mostbauer – they enjoyed the day with us very much and will certainly come again another time.
